Dr. Donna Madlangbayan received her Doctor of Optometry degree from the University of California, Berkeley School of Optometry. Dr. Madlangbayan completed her externship at the Oak Knoll Naval Hospital in Oakland, Mare Island Naval Ship Yard in Vallejo and Travis Air Force Base in Fairfield. She is certified in the treatment and management of ocular disease as well as co-management of cataract, glaucoma and refractive surgery. Dr. Madlangbayan is affiliated with the American Optometric Association, California Optometric Association and the Alameda-Contra Costa County Optometric Society. She has been practicing in the Bay Area for over fifteen years. Dr. Madlangbayan and her husband, Gerald Navarro, have two beautiful children, Jeren and Grace. They enjoy the simple things in life, like strolling through the Cal campus and spending time with their kids at the various local parks in San Leandro.
